Mission:
The mission of Plant Mycotoxin Research is to reduce or eliminate mycotoxin contamination of agricultural commodities, focusing on tree nuts (almonds, pistachios and walnuts)and figs. Methods developed are conducive to technology transfer, are environmentally compatible and improve food quality, safety and exportability.
