In 1986 Congress created Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) to enable ARS to cooperate with commercial organizations to translate ARS research data.

This cooperation results in the development of beneficial commercial products, processes and services.

Researchers at the Center for Medical, Agricultural, and Veterinary Entomology work closely with public and commercial institutions to transfer useful technology from the laboratory to the real world.  Please go to the individual research units to review specific technology transfers.
