The Core Support Laboratories at the WHNRC provide support for human nutrition studies conducted by the WHNRC Scientists.  The CSL Director works closely with the WHNRC Scientists and the Human Studies Coordinator to review research protocols and provide recommendations about the projected analytical and physiological support needs, and help set up study budgets.  If new methods are needed that can be performed in any of the support labs, the CSL Director facilitates this.
