USDA Special Interest Databases on Isoflavones
USDA Database for the Isoflavone Content of Selected Foods, Release 2.1 (November 2015)
This database contains data on the isoflavone content of 560 food items. Isoflavones included in the database are daidzein, genistein, glycitein and total isoflavones. Other phytoestrogens (coumestrol, biochanin A, and formononetin) are included as a separate table in the PDF report and in the database.
