USDAFunctional & Comparative Proteomics Center

The Functional and Comparative Proteomics Center (FCPC) was founded in 2003 and is operated under the auspices of the Agricultural Research Service (ARS). It occupies a total of 1,000 ft2 of space (800 ft2 labs and 200 ft2 offices) in the R. W. Holley Center for Agriculture & Health on the Cornell University campus. Currently, it has a full time staff of 5. This laboratory is equipped with a full suite of proteomic instrumentation that allows us to carry out all tasks that attach to our mission.
