Welcome! We hope you find the information on the Northern Plains Area Council of Office Professionals (NPACOP) Web site convenient and helpful. NPACOP is a group of volunteers appointed by the Area Director aiming to serve as an advisor to him on behalf of matters impacting employees in the organization. The Agricultural Research Service is one of the Research, Education, and Economics (REE) agencies and the main in-house research arm of the United States Department of Agriculture.
