In compliance of the President’s Executive Order on Executive and Agency Action to Support Community Preparedness and Response to the 2009-H1N1 Influenza Pandemic:
It is the policy of the Madison, Wisconsin ARS Location to safeguard the health and well-being of our employees and customers during the 2009-H1N1 influenza pandemic by: (1) Taking action to slow the spread of disease by providing educational materials and website links, posting precautions in hygiene and provide for the use of personal protection items (Kleenex, hand sanitizers, gloves and masks) in our federal facilities and (2) ensure the Continuity of Operations (COOP), maintain critical infrastructure, and minimize the impact of the influenza pandemic on the essential functions of this Location.

Mandatory Training:
All employees are required to complete the EMS training for the location. New employees need to contact Laura Jones, the Location Environmental Officer once they have received their e-Authentication credentials and the affiliated EMS and SHEM training modules will be added to their AgLearn program.
