Purging Spurge: Corraling an Ecological Bandit
This documentary on the TEAM Leafy Spurge project focuses on grassland health and the importance of public participation in controlling invasive weeds such as leafy spurge. (30 min., 2002)

TEAM Leafy Spurge is a six-year, area-wide integrated pest management research and demonstration project funded by ARS and managed cooperatively with USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. Project partners include many federal, state and local agencies along with individual producers.

The documentary was produced by TEAM Leafy Spurge in partnership with Prairie Public Broadcasting, Inc., Fargo, N. Dak., and was a finalist in the Telly Awards competition in 2003.
