Mission
The mission of the New England Center for Sustainable Soil and Water Health is to provide solutions for protecting agricultural resources from the impacts of anthropogenically-derived chemicals and thereby safeguard the human food chain. The primary focus is studying the chemical, biological, and physical processes that control the transfers of anthropogenically-derived chemicals into soil, crops, feed, and livestock, with a particular emphasis on the development of effective approaches for mitigating these transfers.
