Current or Planned Experiments

  • Characterize natural and induced rust resistance and susceptibility.
  • Use Brachypodium distachyon to explore the molecular basis of rust resistance in grass crops.
  • Explore genetics of Fusarium head blight resistance and susceptibility in wheat.
