Welcome to our USDA website! Here you can find information about my lab and the exciting projects we work on.  On the left sidebar you can see some general lab pages, research pages and others.

Research: Our research examine risk of genetically modified genes in agriculture. We concentrate on the role of bees in moving genes and how various aspects of their foraging behaviors affect gene flow.We also examine how climate change can impact plant resources, affect pollinator foraging behaviors and resulting gene flow. We are interested in introgression of cultivar genes in wild carrot populations and the frequency of the glyphosate resistance gene in feral alfalfa populations. We study the ecology of feral alfalfa, selfing rate and gene flow in alfalfa seed production fields, and other areas.
