Objective:
This cooperation shall include, but is not be limited to: the development of collaborative research projects; the organization of joint academic and scientific activities, such as courses, conferences, seminars, symposia or lectures; the exchange of publications and other materials of common interest.

Approach:
In order to carry out and fulfill the aims of the agreement, the parties will work out and sign the annexes to this agreement. Either party may initiate proposals for activities under this agreement, specific details of any activity can be set forth in annexes to this agreement, which shall become an integral part of the agreement upon signing by the authorized representatives of each party. The annex may include such items as number and period of staff exchange, budgets and sources of financing, the responsibilities of each party for the agreed upon activity, and other items necessary for the efficient achievement of the activity.
