Objective:
Determine the bioavailability of encapsulated pterostilbene using encapsulation technology developed by Food Science and Technology, Australia (FSA)

Approach:
Pterostilbene will be synthesized then encapsulated. Encapsulated pterostilbene will be administered to mice/rats. Levels of pterostilbene in mouse/rat serum will be determined.
