Interpretive Summary:

Technical Abstract: Four hundred and ninety-eight accessions from the Pisum Collection in Pullman, WA representing 59 countries were screened for resistance to Sclerotinia white mold. Only 34 accessions had mean stem lesions of 2 centimeters or less, and 341 of the 498 accessions did not survive two weeks post-inoculation when inoculated at the fourth node. Pisum sativum accessions PI103709, PI166084, PI169603, PI240515 and PI270536 demonstrated the best white mold resistance.
