Interpretive Summary: This presentation will help consultants, growers, and other practitioners in the Southeastern U.S. and other regions of North America to identify and manage Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV). Historical and current perspectives are provided for TSWV and related viruses that cause significant economic losses to fresh market and processing tomato. Information about host range, symptoms and transmission will lead to a discussion of key management techniques.
