Interpretive Summary:

Technical Abstract: The RZWQM (Root Zone Water Quality Model) is a complex, deterministic model requiring five detailed input files for simulating processes occurring within the soil root zone. Model performance is dependent upon reliable estimation of a minimum of 171 independent variables for a soil profile composed of five layers or horizons. An analysis of model sensitivity to perturbances in selected input variables was performed to evaluate the effect of input errors on model output.
