Technical Abstract:
In this review, current knowledge on application of brucellosis vaccines to their use in livestock under field conditions is discussed. Areas where available research data is limited are identified for consideration of additional efforts. Research needs in regards to diagnostic tests for detection of brucellosis infections in livestock also are discussed.
