This tutorial will illustrate: how to achieve the best long- range correlation results and their applications, the use of multiplicity- edited 2D sequences to improve the information content of short-range correlation experiments, the value of the under-utilized HMQC-TOCSY experiment, and other experiments. The superiority of complete digital systems that are becoming the commonly delivered spectrometers, the utilization of gradients in some of these experiments, and the advantages of high field strengths will also be covered. |
