AGIL-East (Bldg. 306)

Driving

From Washington, DC, Capital Beltway (north/west): From north side of I-495 (Capital Beltway), take exit 25 onto US-1 (Baltimore Avenue) north. Drive 1.5 miles, and turn right at light onto MD-212 (Powder Mill Road) east. Go over bridge, and cross through light at MD-201 (Edmonston Road) into BARC-East. After 1.5 miles, turn left onto Center Road. AGIL-East is located in Building 306 (1st building on left); the main office is in Room 115.

From Washington, DC, Capital Beltway (south/east): From north side of I-495/I-95 (Capital Beltway), take exit 22 onto MD-295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway) north. Drive 3.5 miles to exit for MD-212 (Powder Mill Road). At the end of exit ramp, turn left onto MD-212 west, and enter BARC-East. After 1.2 miles, turn right onto Center Road. AGIL-East is located in Building 306 (1st building on left); the main office is in Room 115.

From Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport: Take exit road from airport (look for Washington signs) onto I-195 (Metropolitan Boulevard) west. Exit onto MD-295 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway) south. Drive 14.5 miles to exit for MD-212 (Powder Mill Road). At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto MD-212 west, and enter BARC-East. After 1.2 miles, turn right onto Center Road. AGIL-East is located in Building 306 (1st building on the left); the main office is in Room 115.

Public transportation

From Washington, D.C.: Take Metro subway to Greenbelt station (green line). A USDA (GWCC) shuttle can take you from the Greenbelt station to Building 306 (about 15 minutes). Non-USDA visitors can ride the shuttle if they state whom they're visiting at USDA. The shuttle runs to and from Building 306 early morning (7:45-9:00 a.m.) and late afternoon (3:45-4:30 pm), Monday-Friday. Please check the shuttle schedule for exact pick-up and drop-off times.

From Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport: Take BWI Express Metro bus to Greenbelt station.
