The National Plant Germplasm System (NPGS) maintains an internationally accessible database on all accessions maintained at all NPGS sites. This database is referred to as the Germplasm Resources Information Network (GRIN).
The GRIN database can be queried at the GRIN Accession Area Queries page.
Users not familiar with the GRIN system are advised to use the two queries at the top of the page. The Text Search Query can be used to search on any term that may occur in a database record. The Simple Query can be used to look up any specific identifier that may occur in a database record. Although these queries are the simplest to use for novice GRIN users, the queries lower in the page are more powerful in the hands of experienced users.
Additional information on some citrus accessions is available from the University of California, Riverside Citrus Variety Collection and Citrus Clonal Protection Program websites.
