Area Wide Project
Area Wide is a USDA-ARS funded project to address the spread of invasive annual grasses and implement ecologically-based principles of management to limit infestations throughout the Great Basin. The main focus is two species of grasses: cheatgrass (Bromus tectorum) and medusahead (Taeniatherum caput-medusae). The FRRL is a team player and the demonstration site coordinators for Utah.
