  • The USDA gathers the data regarding the length of time it takes for the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts on a rolling data call basis in which the awarding contracting office provides on a per modification basis. That data is aggregated and posted on this public-facing page as required by 15 U.S.C. 644(w).
