Strong NLAE presence at the 2023 Southfork Watershed Alliance Annual Water Quality Forum and Trade Show

On November 30, 2023, NLAE was represented by attendees Kevin Cole, Dr. Amit Chatterjee, Dr. Natalia Rogovska, and Alyssa Gerhardt at the Southfork Watershed Alliance Water Quality Forum and Trade Show where booths of participants include sensor demos, and information material on farming, etc.. The conference was attended by a diverse group of stakeholders took place at Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, Hardin County. Part of the forum included a Founders Farmer Panel and included discussions on water quality work within the watershed.

Below, Kevin is presenting information about long-term water quality and hydrology research in the South Fork Watershed, which started in 2000.  This effort is supported by CEAP-NRCS and LTAR-USDA-ARS./ARSUserFiles/50301500/News/IMG_3401.jpg
