I joined the NLAE as an ORISE post-doctoral fellow in January 2023. My research focuses on edge-of-field conservation practices to improve water quality. I was born and raised in Nepal where I received B.E. in Agricultural Engineering from Tribhuvan University (2004). I received my master’s degree in Physical Land Resources with major in Soil Science from Ghent University, Belgium (2007) and Ph. D. in soil Science from Aarhus University, Denmark (2015). Before joining NLAE I worked as a post-doc in University of Arkansas. In my free time I enjoy gardening and cooking.
