Pfaudler 5- & 50-gallon glass lined reactors

Pfaudler reactors and products are best known for their glass coated steel interior.  Our Pfaudler 5- & 50-gal reactors are equipped with a Pfaudler reflux column and a modified Dean-Stark trap design.  We can do simple general synthesis, distillations, or stripping methods (temperature range between 15-150^oC) under inert atmospheres or reduced pressures.  Overall, the reactors are very inert and stable environments, but we are unable to do anything in the system that is abrasive due to the glass coating.  Past runs have included:  esterifications, hydrolysis, lactone, and estolide synthesis.
