Below are the primary services offered for cooperators. The available services and specifics are subject to change without immediate notice given here.
It is required that you notify us before sending samples. Samples received without prior notification may be returned at the expense of the sender.
Early notification of the estimated number of samples and desired evaluation is important to correctly process your samples when they arrive. To receive information on how to submit your lists and notification please email William Wade. Sample numbers are limited on an annual basis, however we try to accommodate fluctuating needs. Contact us for the sample amount cap for the current year.
Remember: Early notification and sample sending is important for the smooth processing of your samples.

This evaluation is appropriate for final analysis of material before release.

Requirements
- Sample Size: 400g (500g if the samples are in bad condition)
- Spreadsheet of each group of samples including unique entry numbers, cultivar/test line name, and location grown.
- Samples clearly marked with the unique entry number given in the spreadsheet.
- 4-8 check cultivars depending on the size of the group.
- We suggest the use of Spear sample envelopes for packaging. An alternative would be heavy duty Kraft paper bags. Do not use stapled, paper clipped thin envelopes or plastic bags for sample packaging.
- Quality packaging for shipment to insure the safe arrival of your samples.
Micro Evaluation
The micro evaluation is suitable for most breeding materials.

Special Requests, Genetic Studies, and Student Thesis Problems
We welcome and try our best to accommodate special requests. Some of the studies we have assisted in have evaluated for Falling Number, SKCS testing, and whole wheat studies. Students are welcome to send samples and are encouraged to visit to assist in completing the lab work for their thesis studies. Contact the Research Leader for more information.
