RESEARCH INTERESTS

I am currently working on the rice modeling of extreme climatic conditions and different management practices for climate resilience. My other research experience is to:

1) Investigate the spatiotemporal changes in compound hydroclimatic extremes under different climate projections,

2) Measure and quantify CO2 and H2O fluxes over agroecosystems using Eddy Covariance method,

3) Calculate the changes in crop water footprint for sustainable agriculture under climate projections,

4) Better understand the crop growth simulation models to maximize the crop yield in the agroclimatic zones,

5) Create web-based information systems for the environmental solutions.
