Workshop and Training Materials

These notes were originally taken by Vicente Vega, a graduate student, at an MTDFREML workshop and later revised by Alex Olvido. The notes were then checked and made available for MTDFREML training in the notes format as well as PowerPoint slides.
For more in-depth details you might read the manual.

There are several versions of MTDFREML training materials:

• MTDFREML_Workshop_Notes.pptx  is based on the notes and thus are very similar to that documents.

• MTDFREML_CompRun.pptx is a document that provides examples of input and output files from MTDFREML.

• MTDFREML_Intro.pptx is a summary and overview document that provides background materials as well as some input and output information.
