The presentations at the workshop can be viewed live at ARS, FWS, and USGS locations nationwide via a USDA contract with MCI Net Conferencing.
- Equipment required:
- Telephone, (speaker phone is best) to receive the audio portion
- Computer with browser and internet connection, for viewing the slide presentation
- Telephone, (speaker phone is best) to receive the audio portion
Instructions for connecting to the live net conference will be e-mailed and/or posted to the spatial workshop website prior to the workshop.
The agency is currently covering the cost of these net conferences. Should this policy change and a chargeback be made, the cost of each live net conference is $.25/minute per single combined phone/internet connection (an approximate total cost of $157.50 per connection for the 10.5 hours of presentations).
A Windows Media Video (.wmv) file containing the workshop presentations will be available for free download following the workshop.
