Permission Letter  

For Cooperator to prepare and file documents for co-owned inventions in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and foreign patent offices. 

The Permission letter sets forth the obligations and requirements for representing the USDA before the USPTO and foreign Patent Offices. OTT will draft the letter and send a copy to the Cooperator for their signature. The letter is to be signed by an authorized representative and returned to OTT.
