Education:
B.S. Botany, Humboldt State University 2001

Ph.D. Plant Pathology, University of California Davis 2007

Research Interests:

My areas of expertise include biological control of crop aflatoxin contamination, biology of fungal plant pathogens, and integrated disease management. Currently, I conduct basic and applied research aimed at elucidating biotic and abiotic factors that impact both crop aflatoxin contamination risk and the efficacy of aflatoxin biocontrol. My work focuses on engaging stakeholders in order to conduct high impact research with both short- and long-term practical applications.
