Credentials

 

Our location has a US Access credentialing system.  We have the following capabilities:

• Enroll - Take your picture, fingerprints, and copy of your ID documents
• Update - Updates existing smart card certificates.
• Activate - When a new smart card credential is picked up, it needs to be activated.
• PIN Reset - If you've forgotten your credential PIN number we can reset it.

Due to limited resources, we only have openings for appointments on Monday and Thursday from 8am - 3pm.  However, we are flexible and can accept emergency appointments by contacting Kenneth Upshaw at 559-596-2969 or emailing him at kenneth.upshaw@usda.gov

Within the USDA, the US Access Credentials are known as the LincPass.
