Mission:
The Services Contracts Branch provides nationwide contracting support for supply, equipment and service contracting requirement in excess of $100,000. Serves as Agency focal point for OMB Circular A-76 implementationwith Department and provides technical leadership for the contractual aspects of OMB Circular A-76. Manages major A-76 contracts. Provides contractual oversight to the Agency's GOCO contract at the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging (HNRCA), Boston, Massachusetts.
