Mission:
The mission of the Methods and Application of Food Composition Laboratory (MAFCL) is to identify critical food composition needs for research, consumers, food producers and policy-makers. MAFCL will provide leadership and promote international cooperation in the development of nutrient databases and methodologies for the identification and quantification of nutrients and biologically active compounds in foods.
