Biography and Research

Gary Kuzniar has been a Physical Science Technician at NCAUR, USDA-ARS, Peoria, IL since 1983. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Technology from Bradley University and his B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Western Illinois University. Gary was a member of a team of scientists conducting research on the development of processing methods for non-fat food supplements and the processing of biological materials for recyclable products. Gary currently works with Dr. Atanu Biswas and a team of scientists to conduct research focused on polymer membrane process development for water treatment and product recovery fermentation broths.
