Melinda Nunnally assists the Midwest Area (MWA) by serving as the EEO observer during interviews, participating in career fairs, and making connections between students and scientists to facilitate internships. She provides assistance in making sure that the MWA is offering the job opportunities to the largest audience possible, and this effort has led to making connections with Minority Serving Institutions that have expanded collaborations in the MWA. Melinda spent 31 years working as a biological science technician in ARS and feel like this experience gives her the advantage of seeing ways to make connections.
