I started with NLAE in April of 2021 through an internship with the Watershed group, under Kevin Cole, during my undergrad in environmental sciences and sustainability minor at Iowa State University. Following graduation, I was hired as a term hydrologic technician and have been in that role since September of 2022. My contribution to our team consists of collecting, processing, and screening of hydrological and meteorological data from multiple stream and tile sites within three watersheds in central Iowa. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs (Winston and Rizzo), paddleboarding, reading, and crocheting.
