Karen Chapman has been a biological technician for USDA- Agricultural Research Service at Dale Bumpers Small Farm Research Center since 1996. She has worked in many areas of study, including: Agroforestry where she worked on alley cropping, pine straw management, native grasses, and energy cane; Animal Science where she has worked cattle, goat, sheep nutrition and parasitology; and Plants where she has helped with studies on pollinators, vegetable production, legumes, and forages. She has a B.S. in Agronomy from University of Arkansas.
