USMARC’s Germplasm Evaluation Program is the longest running study of its kind. Comparing genetic change across beef breeds and their crosses, it enables producers to make the best selection decisions. The program aims to identify even more benefits or complimentary breed utilization for traits that impact producer efficiency as well as cater to consumer preference, sustainability, and marketability.
