Request for tour of the National Laboratory for Genetic Resources Preservation
Welcome to the NLGRP tour link. We offer a free guided tour that takes approximately 45 minutes. Your tour will explore the kinds of materials we are storing, why, and how we store genetic resources.
Tour Operating Hours
Days: Monday, Thursday, and Friday (excluding Federal Holidays)
Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM
Duration: Approximately 45 minutes*
Visiting the NLGRP: Important Tour Information
Tours are recommended for children 7 years of age and older.
Group sizes of 5-20 are preferred; for larger groups or other special requests, please contact 970-492-7503
Security Requirements
Security requires a photo ID upon check in.
No purses, backpacks, or heavy coats are permitted in the building; all personal belongings should stay in the car.
*Please note tours may be canceled without prior notice
