Hard Winter Wheat Quality Milling Lab

2012 marked the 75th anniversary of the Hard Winter Wheat Quality Laboratory (HWWQL) which is part of the Grain Quality Structure Research Unit (GQSRU).   As part of the dedication of the new milling facility, GQSRU hosted an open house and tours of its up-to-date laboratory and office spaces.
