Objective:
Develop cooperative international linkages with institutions to address joint research programs of high priority to American agriculture.
Approach:
Seek out and assist in aquisition of specific technology of value to ARS domestic programs. Negotiate cooperative agreements with appropriate institutions and assign ARS scientists to manage joint research projects.
