Objective:
Provide storage and distribution of CPPSI microbe reference strains.
Approach:
Cooperator will develop sets of plant hosts and reference pathogen strains. Once developed, Cooperator will provide descriptive data for plant hosts and plant pathogens via the storage information form. ARS will use this form to upload data into GRIN-Global. Cooperator will send distribution samples of reference strains of plant pathogens to ARS. ARS will store plant pathogens reference strains and distribute to requesters. ARS will provide an annual report of distributions of plant host seed and plant pathogen reference strains.
