Objective:
The objective of this cooperative agreement is to support the collaborative efforts and further develop the Plant Collections Network (PCN) of the American Public Gardens Association (APGA).

Approach:
To accomplish this objective, the cooperator and ARS will work together to evaluate and approve new ornamental plant collections as part of the PCN, train site reviewers for the PCN, promote high standards of plant collections management at Botanic Gardens, and work with ARS to collect, evaluate, and conserve woody ornamental landscape plants.
