Objective:
To establish a formal agreement with MSU to provide internet service to USDA-ARS units at the Mississippi State location to support ARS research projects including ARS in-house projects and collaborative efforts with academic departments at MSU.

Approach:
Cooperator will furnish a 10 gigabit (or better) connection to serve USDA-ARS units at the Mississippi State location to provide internet access. USDA-ARS will provide network equipment (routers, switches, etc.) to distribute internet access to its units at the location.
