Objective:
It is the intention of the parties to this Agreement that the research conducted shall affirm their mutual interest in cooperative research programs and exchanges and shall be for their mutual benefit and the benefit of the people of the United States.

Approach:
Under established conditions agreed upon by both parties, Cooperators will be allowed to utilize laboratory and farm facilities for research projects that are of mutual interest and benefit to both parties.
