Objective:
The objective of this cooperative agreement is to conserve rare and threatened woody plants in the southeastern United States.

Approach:
To accomplish this objective, the cooperator and ARS will work together to design and conduct research projects to improve the knowledge base of genetic diversity, plant regeneration, and germplasm management for rare and threatened woody plant species occurring in the southeast.
