Objective:
Establish mutually productive partnership between Parlier Unified School District and United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service (USDA-ARS) San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Sciences Center to advance public agricultural research instruction in California.

Approach:
Collaborate on the planning, coordination and implementation of a unique agriculture education enrichment program, The Three Sisters Project, which provides agricultural experiences that cultivate a culture of research and innovation while promoting academic achievement, personal growth, and career development among students of diverse backgrounds interested in agriculture.
