Objective:
Interrogate genomes, gene expression, and/or proteins of bacterial and animal derived-samples to identify modes of action of animal treatment or colonization with foodborne pathogens.
Approach:
ARS will collect samples from cooperator ran animal trials, vaccine studies, or infection studies for genomic or transcriptomic sequencing.
