Objective:
The objective is to identify proteins and/or metabolite in wild potato tubers that correlate with soft rot disease resistance.
Approach:
The cooperator will associate enrichment of individual proteins or metabolites with disease resistance and/or susceptibility and effects on specific bacterial virulence functions.
